Comodo King White Contemporary Bed

Description

The Comodo is a low, wide platform bed with a softly angled headboard and a fully upholstered white surround. The headboard carries a ribbed panel detail that gives the face some depth and shadow, and the whole frame is upholstered front and back, so it holds up visually in a room where the bed floats rather than sitting against a wall.

It is a generous piece. The frame runs 84.6 inches wide and 102.8 inches long overall, which is a good deal more footprint than the king mattress inside it, so measure the room and the walkways before committing. In return you get the low, grounded proportion that makes a bedroom feel calm, and a 12.6 inch deck height that keeps the sightline under the windows.

A metal slat system supports the mattress directly, so no box spring is needed, and the frame is compatible with an adjustable base if you want one. The bed arrives as a headboard, footboard and slat kit for assembly, and is rated to a 600 pound weight capacity. Available in king only.
