SoBe Furniture offers four Pebl Outdoor lounge chairs. The Haven Swivel Armchair, $1,699, combines a mocha aluminum frame, a latte olefin rope back and teak arms. The Wave Swivel Armchair, $1,999, wraps mocha aluminum and teak in latte olefin rope, with a Sunproof seat and two cushions. The Tolo Armchair, from $1,099, is a low, open chair with olefin rope on the seat and backrest, in mocha aluminum or teak, and the Coast Chair and Ottoman, $1,299, pairs a deep chair with a matching footrest in sunproof velvet, in Dark Charcoal or Mocha. For a wider single seat, the one-seat sofas from Haven, Orbit, Palma, Tolo and Costa sit in the sofa collection, among them the Orbit 1 Seater Sofa at $2,199.
Each chair is a Robin Delaere design for Pebl, whose design team works in Belgium under his creative direction. According to Pebl, its designs have won more than 55 international design awards, and Pebl reports a 2024 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum for the Haven collection.

A swivel base earns its place where one chair has to face the conversation and then turn toward the pool or the view, which on most South Florida terraces it does. The Haven Swivel Armchair and the Wave Swivel Armchair both swivel. The Tolo Armchair and the Coast Chair and Ottoman are fixed, and they are the narrower choices when a pair of chairs faces a sofa across a coffee table or flanks a fire table.
The Coast Chair is the narrowest at 27 inches wide, with a 41 inch depth for sitting back. The Tolo Armchair is 28 inches wide and 29 deep, small enough for four around a low table on a smaller terrace. The Haven Swivel Armchair is 32 by 30 inches, roomy but still easy to use in pairs. The Wave Swivel Armchair, at 39 inches wide and 38 deep, is a full lounge chair to settle into for an afternoon. For more width still, the Orbit 1 Seater Sofa is 41 inches square.
Haven and Wave pair mocha aluminum and teak with latte olefin rope, a layered warm neutral. The Tolo Armchair comes in mocha aluminum with latte rope, light grey upholstery and a light grey rope back and seat, or in teak with beige rope. The Coast Chair is the soft one, padded cushions in sunproof velvet on a full aluminum frame. Olefin rope holds its color in strong sun, untreated teak weathers to silver grey, and cushions should dry fully after an afternoon storm.
Each chair belongs to a family. The Haven Swivel Armchair sits with the Haven sofas and the Haven Ottoman, the Wave Swivel Armchair with the Wave Sofa and Wave tables in the same mocha and teak, and the Tolo Armchair with the Tolo Sofa in mocha or teak. The Coast Chair and Ottoman is its own design and works as a reading spot or as a pair facing a sofa. Coast is a different design from the Costa sofa range.
Pebl launched in 2017 with a clear brief: outdoor furniture that is commercially smart, well designed and functional. Its collections are designed in Belgium by a team led by creative director Robin Delaere, who studied product development at the Antwerp Institute of Architecture and Design and has authored several patents.
The ideas move. The Tolo backrest turns a sofa into what the designer calls a lounge island, or a daybed. Orbit's Flex System lets one sofa sit upright, deep or as a lounge, and Sunset is, in the designer's words, a sun lounger by day and a sofa by night. Pebl describes all three mechanisms as patented. The Tolo sofa is a Red Dot 2026 winner, and according to Pebl its designs have won more than 55 international design awards.
The materials are chosen for strong sun and salt air: powder-coated aluminum that will not rust, teak that weathers to a soft silver grey, olefin rope that holds its color and Sunproof outdoor fabric.
