Luxury modern and contemporary furniture, shown in full room settings at our one showroom at 6599 N Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
On the floor you will find Italian leather sectionals and sofas, modern dining tables, platform beds and bedroom sets, sleeper sofas and recliners, coffee, end and console tables, mirrors, lighting, rugs and decor — plus custom work built to your measurements: wall units, closets and window treatments.
We import from several countries with a primary focus on Italian manufacturers, and we buy and hold our own inventory rather than ordering everything in after the sale. Several hundred pieces are on display at any given time. If the country of manufacture matters for a specific piece, ask in the showroom or call (561) 221-6111.
We are at 6599 N Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33487, on the west side of US-1 about a mile north of Yamato Road, with free on-site parking directly at the showroom — no street parking needed.
From I-95 take exit 48 (Yamato Road) east about 1.5 miles to Federal Highway, then turn north. From Florida's Turnpike take Glades Road east about 5 miles to Federal Highway, then north. It is roughly 12 minutes from Delray Beach and about 30 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale.
The entrance is ADA-compliant with a ramp, and there is an ADA-compliant restroom. Full directions are on our Boca Raton showroom page.
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM — we are open seven days a week.
Walk-ins are welcome during all of those hours and parking is free at the door. If you are driving in around a holiday, call (561) 221-6111 first so we can confirm the hours for that day.
No appointment is needed to browse — walk in any day during showroom hours.
An appointment is recommended if you want one-on-one time with a designer or want to see a specific custom piece, and requesting a visit ahead of time lets a designer pull relevant pieces forward before you arrive. Most first visits take 30 to 60 minutes; whole-home and custom wall-unit projects usually run longer.
Bring a floor plan or rough room dimensions, phone photos of each room, inspiration images and a rough budget range — and the widths of the doorways, hallways and elevator the furniture has to travel through, because confirming that a piece fits the delivery path is the customer's responsibility.
No — the in-showroom design consultation is complimentary, with no charge.
Designers on the floor help with sofa and sectional sizing, dining table selection, bedroom planning, rug sizing, wall-unit configuration and delivery planning. A home consultation is available on request for larger projects or unusual spaces; ask our team about scheduling and any associated cost. The in-home measure and 3D design for a custom closet are complimentary.
Details are on our design consultation page.
Both — many pieces are in stock at the Boca Raton showroom and are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days after purchase.
Because we stock our own inventory, the in-stock categories run deep: Italian sectionals and sofas, dining tables and chairs, Queen and King platform beds, nightstands and dressers, sleeper sofas and recliners, accent tables and decor. Everything else is ordered in — some pieces are made to order in the material and color you choose, others are incoming stock, so ask an associate which applies to the piece you want.
Selection varies week to week, so call (561) 221-6111 before driving in if you are after a specific piece.
Most custom and made-to-order pieces run 6 to 14 weeks depending on the manufacturer and the finish, and we confirm your timing before you order.
For reference: XL family beds run 10 to 14 weeks, with a 4-to-6-week expedited option on select models. A fully custom closet runs 6 to 10 weeks from design approval plus 1 to 2 days of installation, while the in-stock modular closet system is delivered in days. Custom wall units are quoted after a showroom consultation and an on-site measurement.
We can also hold finished pieces in our warehouse and coordinate delivery to your timeline, which is how most out-of-state and seasonal clients do it. Call (561) 221-6111 with the piece you are considering and we will give you current timing before you commit to anything.
Yes, all three — and each one starts at the showroom and is then measured at your home before anything is fabricated.
Custom wall units begin from nine signature designs in walnut, oak, white lacquer, stone and porcelain, with integrated LED lighting and linear fireplace options. Final measurements are taken on site, and our white-glove team delivers, places, assembles, levels and anchors the unit as part of the installation we quote you. If the lighting or a fireplace insert needs hardwiring, you supply the electrician and we coordinate the timing so power is in place before installation.
Closets go two ways: an in-stock modular system priced per module from $1,599 to $4,699 and delivered and set up in days, or a fully custom closet that starts with a free in-home measure and a complimentary 3D design, runs 6 to 10 weeks from design approval and takes 1 to 2 days to install.
Window treatments cover motorized shades, custom drapery, Roman shades, plantation shutters, wood and faux-wood blinds and solar shades, with a showroom consultation, measurement at your home, fabrication to each opening, and installation with a walkthrough. Remember that window treatments and custom cabinetry cannot be cancelled or exchanged, so settle fabric, control type and power source at the measurement visit.
Yes — our XL family beds are made to order in two widths: 120 inches, which fits two Queen mattresses side by side, and 152 inches, which fits two King mattresses.
Start from one of four signature designs or bring a photo, inspiration image or sketch for a fully custom bed, in any of over 30 leather, PU and fabric coverings chosen in person at the showroom. Prices start at $7,449 and mattresses are purchased separately. The lead time is 10 to 14 weeks (4 to 6 weeks expedited on select models), and the build starts on a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery.
Allow about 30 inches of walking clearance on each side, so plan on a wall of about 15 feet for the 120-inch bed and about 17 feet 8 inches for the 152-inch bed — or 12 feet 6 inches and 15 feet 2 inches if one side sits against a wall. Bring your wall width and ceiling height and we will confirm the fit before you order.
You can choose it in Boca Raton, but you see the furniture itself in Miami.
Our 71-piece outdoor range is special order rather than floor stock, so every fabric, rope and finish swatch is kept at the Boca Raton showroom while the furniture is shown at our Miami warehouse by appointment — swatches in Boca first, then a viewing in Miami. Category prices start at $499 for outdoor seating, $299 for dining, $199 for tables and $99 for accessories.
Because the range is special order it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the order is placed, and we do not publish a single lead time for it. Call (561) 221-6111 with the pieces you are considering and we will give you current timing and book the Miami viewing around your schedule.
Yes — you are welcome to bring your own interior designer or architect, and we also run a trade program with project pricing for verified design professionals.
Many of our best projects start with a client bringing their designer or architect to the showroom, and we collaborate with them directly. You do not need a designer of your own, though; plenty of clients work straight with our showroom team.
Call (561) 221-6111 or ask us about the trade program and we will walk you through how it works and verify your credentials.
A small number of pieces are quote-only, so they show Price on Request instead of a price and cannot be added to the cart. Most of them are custom wall units and Italian sofas, plus a few outdoor tables.
That is not a broken page. Those pieces are configured for your room, so the finish, the size and the delivery are confirmed before anything is charged. Use the Request a Quote button on the product page, call (561) 221-6111, or send us the piece and we will quote it.
Yes — through the Synchrony HOME Credit Card, issued by Synchrony Bank: no interest if paid in full within 6 months on purchases of $299 to $1,998.99, or within 12 months on purchases of $1,999 or more.
Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional purchase is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum monthly payments required. Subject to credit approval.
Applying takes a few minutes at the showroom and most decisions are instant. Full terms are on our financing page.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Online orders go through our secure checkout, which takes major credit cards and digital wallets; in the showroom, ask an associate which payment methods we take, including Synchrony HOME financing. Made-to-order pieces can work differently — an XL family bed, for example, takes a 50% deposit to start the build with the balance due before delivery — so ask what the deposit terms are on any custom piece before you sign, bearing in mind that a special order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
Prices shown do not include sales tax, delivery fees, protection plans, installation charges or freight unless we state otherwise. Applicable sales tax is collected as required by law and is calculated on your invoice for your delivery address.
We deliver white-glove across the tri-county area around our Boca Raton showroom — Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade — and the local delivery fee is the greater of $120 or 3% of the gross merchandise amount, calculated before any discounts.
Outside those counties, delivery is quoted case by case and may be handled by a third-party carrier. If your address or order needs a different delivery charge than checkout calculated, we will contact you with the corrected quote before completing the order.
If you order online, a member of our team usually contacts you within 30 minutes during business hours to review the order and coordinate the date. See delivery service areas and our white-glove delivery page.
Deliveries are typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and you are given a dedicated three-hour arrival window on your delivery day.
An authorized adult has to be present to receive and approve the delivery. If weekday hours do not work for you, call (561) 221-6111 and we will see what we can arrange.
Changes to the date, address, contact details or instructions after scheduling are subject to availability and may involve additional fees.
White-glove delivery covers unloading, carrying the furniture into your home or business, placing it in the room you choose, professional assembly and setup of applicable items, and removal and disposal of the packaging.
For liability and safety reasons it does not include:
- Hanging wall-mounted mirrors or artwork, installing floating furniture, mounting wall panels, or attaching furniture to walls or ceilings — unless it is part of a custom installation we quoted, such as a wall unit
- Electrical, plumbing or structural work
- Moving your existing furniture, or removing old furniture, unless agreed in advance
- Hoisting through windows, balconies or non-standard access points, unless approved in writing beforehand
If you need any of that, tell us when you order rather than on delivery day — call (561) 221-6111 or ask us in advance.
Give us the contact details for your building management or association when you place the order and we will coordinate the approvals:
- Permitted delivery days and hours
- Elevator and loading-dock reservations
- Security gate access and building management approval
- Parking instructions and delivery paperwork
- Any Certificate of Insurance the property requires
We provide the Certificate of Insurance free of charge, including when your building needs special wording or extra documentation. The one thing to plan around is timing: a COI can take up to two weeks to process through our insurance provider, and missing COI requirements is one of the most common reasons a delivery has to be rescheduled. Call (561) 221-6111 early with your property manager’s requirements handy.
If a piece truly does not fit despite the measurements, we will take it back to our warehouse and work with you to find one that does, or break the original down for an alternative way in.
Confirming that a piece fits is the customer’s responsibility, so measure before you buy: front, side and interior doors, hallways, staircases, elevators, gates, low ceilings, tight turns and the final placement area. Depending on what is involved, redelivery, storage, handling or restocking fees can apply, and a measurement error on its own is not grounds for a return — so it is worth getting right in advance.
Bring your measurements to the showroom or call (561) 221-6111 with them before you order. Modular sectionals and knockdown bed frames exist precisely for tight high-rise access.
No — all sales at SoBe Furniture are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, measurement errors or a change of heart, which is exactly why we would rather you sat on the piece in the showroom before you buy it.
In rare and extenuating circumstances management may approve a return or exchange on a standard, non-special-order item, at its sole discretion and in writing. That is then subject to a 35% restocking fee on the purchase price, with original delivery and shipping fees non-refundable, all return freight at the customer's cost, and the item unused and in its original packaging.
Unless we approve otherwise in writing or the law requires otherwise, the following may be final sale: floor models, "As Is" and clearance merchandise, special and custom orders, delivered, assembled or installed merchandise, third-party products, and delivery, freight, installation and service fees. The complete terms are in our return and exchange policy and our terms of service.
No — once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, and all sales at SoBe Furniture are final.
Special-order and custom items can never be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the order is placed, including custom upholstery, specific material requests and pieces ordered from the manufacturer for your project. Window treatments and custom cabinetry cannot be cancelled or exchanged for any reason.
Please confirm all dimensions, colors and finishes before you order, and if you are unsure about anything call (561) 221-6111 first. Nothing in our policies limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Note it on the delivery receipt before you sign, and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Inspect everything while the crew is still there, point out any visible damage to them and document it, then email CustomerService@SoBeFurniture.com with your full name, invoice number, delivery date, a description of the issue, and photos or videos.
For verified transit damage or manufacturer defects reported inside that 48-hour window we will repair or replace the affected part or item at our discretion — that is not treated as a return or exchange. After 48 hours a claim is handled as a manufacturer warranty claim where one applies, so please do not wait.
Warranties come from the manufacturer, not from SoBe Furniture, except where applicable law requires otherwise — and many manufacturers prefer to handle claims with the consumer directly.
Warranty paperwork is usually inside the original product packaging, so take it out and keep it before the delivery crew removes and disposes of the packaging. To start a claim, email CustomerService@SoBeFurniture.com with your full name, original invoice number, date of purchase, a detailed written explanation and at least three photos from different angles or distances. If we provide warranty service directly rather than routing you to the manufacturer, we may charge a warranty administration fee plus any freight, pickup, delivery, labor or storage costs.
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, or accidental damage
- Fading or discoloration of leather or fabric
- Damage from sunlight, heat, moisture, oils, spills, chemicals or improper cleaning
- Stains, rips, cuts, burns, scratches, chips or dents
- Damage caused by pets, children, guests, contractors, movers or cleaners
- Damage caused by improper assembly, movement, cleaning, maintenance, storage or use
We may also offer optional protection plans. To be valid, a plan generally has to be set up at the time of purchase and itemized on the same invoice, so ask about one before you complete the purchase. Full terms are in our terms of service.
Usually yes, but on strict terms: all floor-model merchandise is sold "AS IS", and it is not eligible for return unless we approve one in writing.
Floor models do not carry a warranty from SoBe Furniture and may not carry one from the manufacturer, and they are ineligible for extended protection plans unless we state otherwise in writing. By buying one you accept that it may show signs of showroom use, cosmetic imperfections, wear, minor damage, discontinued status or missing packaging.
Often there is a fresh piece in the warehouse even when the floor model is the one you sat on, so ask an associate to check current inventory before you decide.
Sometimes, but nothing runs automatically.
We run trade-up and buy-back promotions from time to time, and the credit applies to pieces originally bought at SoBe Furniture. There is no standing offer, so call (561) 221-6111 or ask us and we will tell you what is available right now.
