Return & Exchange Policy

At SoBe Furniture, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, modern luxury furniture. Because of the nature of our products and the logistics involved in furniture delivery, we enforce a strict return policy. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, measurement errors, or changes of heart. Once an order is placed, all sales are considered final. We highly encourage you to measure your space carefully and confirm all dimensions, colors, and finishes prior to placing your order.

2. Special Orders and Custom Items

Many of our pieces are brought in specifically for your order. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances once the order is placed. This includes, but is not limited to, custom upholstery, specific material requests, and imported pieces ordered directly from the manufacturer for your project.

3. Approved Exceptions & Restocking Fees

Under rare and extenuating circumstances, SoBe Furniture management may, at its sole discretion, approve a return or exchange for standard (non-special order) items.

  • If a return or exchange is formally approved in writing by management, the transaction is strictly subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • The 35% restocking fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
  • Original delivery and shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
  • The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping or return delivery costs. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and falls under our standard return policy above. As stated in Section 2, special orders cannot be cancelled at any time once the order is submitted. Window treatments and custom cabinetry cannot be cancelled or exchanged for any reason.

5. Damages and Defects Upon Delivery

We carefully inspect our furniture prior to delivery. However, damages in transit can occasionally occur.

  • Inspection: It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery.
  • Reporting: Any damages, defects, or missing pieces must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: For verified transit damage or manufacturer defects reported within the 48-hour window, SoBe Furniture will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected part or item. This is not considered a return or exchange. Claims made after 48 hours will be treated as standard warranty claims (if applicable) or denied.
