About this model

The i764

The I764 is a modular Incanto sectional built around movable backs. The back cushions shift so each seat goes from upright to a deep lounge (24-34 in seat depth), and the open-ended return works as a daybed-style chaise. Tufted top-grain leather with thick stitch accents sits on polished steel legs for a light, tailored look. Incanto makes it to order in Italy as a 2-piece L with the open end on either side, plus sofa, loveseat and armless modules.

Is SoBe Furniture an authorized Incanto dealer?

Yes. SoBe Furniture, serving South Florida since 2007 from our Boca Raton showroom, is an authorized Incanto dealer. Every special-order piece is brand new and ordered from Incanto for you.

What does "special order" mean?

Your piece is built new in Italy after your order is confirmed, in the cover, recliner layout and metal finish you choose. Special-order prices apply only to these made-to-order pieces, not to stocked or showroom pieces.

How long does an Incanto special order take?

Typically 3 to 4 months from order to arrival. We confirm the estimated date when your order is placed and keep you posted until delivery.

How do I order?

Send a special-order request from the product page or call (561) 221-6111. No payment is taken until our Incanto team has called you and confirmed every detail; then we send your invoice and place the order with Incanto.

Why are your special-order prices lower?

Every piece is ordered for one customer, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. That is how we keep our special-order prices below other authorized U.S. dealers' advertised prices for the same model, configuration and cover.

Can I choose the leather, recliners and metal finish?

Yes. Prices are shown for each leather and fabric category; on the phone we confirm the exact color from the Incanto finish book, the power recliners and headrests, the metal finish, the left or right layout and any special configuration.

Can I return or cancel a special order?

Special orders are final sale once your order is confirmed, because each piece is built to your specifications. If we cannot meet the estimated date, we contact you with a new date and your options.

Do you deliver outside South Florida?

Yes. White-glove delivery across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade is the greater of $120 or 3% of the merchandise amount; delivery elsewhere in the U.S. is quoted through a third-party delivery service.
