How the Process Typically Works

1. Initial showroom visit: We walk the floor with you, narrow style direction, identify priority pieces, and rough in a plan.
2. Quote: Written estimate with each piece, fabric or leather selection, and delivery timeline.
3. Refinement: Adjustments based on your feedback. Sometimes a second visit. Sometimes email exchanges with photos.
4. Order placement: When everything looks right, we place the order and confirm delivery scheduling.
5. White-glove delivery and install: Inside placement, basic assembly, packaging removal. We walk through the install with you before leaving.
