In-stock inventory solves that. You walk the showroom, pick a piece that is physically there, and we schedule delivery for the next available window. It is faster, simpler, and lets you make decisions based on the actual furniture instead of a fabric swatch and a render.

What Is Typically Available In-Stock

Inventory rotates, but the categories we keep deep stock in include:

• You have a specific color, leather, or fabric in mind that is not in stock
• Your room requires an unusual size or configuration
• You have 12 to 20 weeks of flexibility
• You want a one-of-a-kind piece

Many Boca clients mix the two: anchor pieces (sofa, bed, dining table) in stock so the room is functional, plus a custom piece or two ordered for delivery a few months later.

How Showroom Availability Works

Floor models in the showroom are usually available for purchase and quick delivery, in addition to warehoused stock that is not on display. When you find something you like, ask our team to check current warehouse inventory. Often there is a fresh piece in the warehouse ready to ship, even if the floor model is the one you sat on.

If a piece is out of stock and we know it is coming, we can quote the next inbound date and reserve units for you. We never invent dates we cannot meet.

Delivery and Scheduling

Once you select an in-stock piece, white-glove delivery is typically scheduled within days, depending on your area and our delivery routes.

• Boca Raton and the immediate Palm Beach County corridor: often within a week
• Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, Deerfield, Pompano): typically scheduled within the same window
• High-rise condos: timing depends on your building's freight elevator availability

White-glove delivery includes inside placement and basic assembly. We coordinate with your building or your contractor if needed.

Plan a Short, Productive Showroom Visit

If you are coming for in-stock, 45 to 60 minutes is usually enough. Walk the floor with one of our designers, narrow to two or three candidates per room, sit on the sofas, look at the dining tables under the showroom lighting, and confirm fit using your room measurements. You can leave with a written quote and a delivery date the same day.
