Pebl Outdoor Orbit Collection

The Orbit 3 Seater Sofa is the long sofa of Pebl's Orbit range: a mocha aluminum and teak frame, light grey upholstery and two pillows included. Robin Delaere, Pebl's creative director, describes Orbit as minimalism with a twist, a light frame meant to look good from every angle, with seating that changes shape through its Flex System. The range was designed in Belgium by the Pebl design team he leads, and the Orbit sofa won an Australian Good Design Award in 2025.

The warm teak against the darker aluminum gives it a grounded, modern look rather than a generic resort one. It is a wide, clean-lined piece with very little visual bulk.

The flex seating system, which Pebl describes as patented, is the part worth understanding. It sets up in three positions, regular seating, deep seating and lounge seating, so the same sofa can sit upright for conversation on a covered lanai and then open into deep or lounge seating for an afternoon by the pool. At 96 inches wide it seats three without crowding, which makes it a good anchor for a larger terrace, pool deck or roof space. It comes one way, in the mocha aluminum and teak frame with light grey upholstery.

South Florida weather is the real test. The aluminum will not rust, and the teak will weather from its natural tone toward a soft silver grey if you leave it alone, or stay closer to its original color with routine teak care. Bring the cushions and the two pillows under cover before an afternoon storm and let them dry fully before they go back out.

The Orbit 1 Seater Sofa is a single seat lounge piece from Pebl Outdoor's Orbit range, built on a mocha aluminum frame with teak and upholstered in light grey fabric. Its designers describe Orbit as minimalism with a twist: a light, almost invisible aluminum frame warmed by wood, meant to look good from every angle. The range is designed in Belgium by Pebl's design team, led by creative director Robin Delaere, and its Orbit sofa won an Australian Good Design Award in 2025.

The teak warms the darker metal, so the chair reads as furniture rather than hardware, which is what lets it sit comfortably in a finished outdoor room. One pillow is included. At 41 inches wide and 41 inches deep, this is a generous single seat, closer to a lounge chair than an accent chair, with a back that rises to 39 inches and gives you something real to settle against. Two of them flank a sofa well, and a group of four works on its own around a low table. The scale suits a covered loggia, a pool deck, or a roof terrace where you want proper seating instead of folding pieces. It is offered in the one finish shown, mocha aluminum with teak and light grey upholstery.

Aluminum does not rust, so the frame takes humidity and coastal salt air without the corrosion that troubles steel outdoors. The teak will weather to a soft silver grey over time if you leave it alone, or you can hold it closer to its original tone with regular teak cleaning and oiling. As with any upholstered outdoor seating, let the cushions dry after an afternoon storm and bring them in when the house is closed up for a stretch.

The Orbit Coffee Table sets a travertine stone top on a teak frame and sits low at 15 inches. It belongs to Pebl's Orbit range, designed in Belgium by Pebl's design team led by creative director Robin Delaere, and the Orbit sofa from the same range won an Australian Good Design Award in 2025. The pairing of teak with natural stone gives the table a quiet, organic presence, and because travertine is a natural material, the tone and veining of each top are its own.

There are two sizes. The large is 63 inches wide and the small is 51 inches, and both are 30 inches deep and 15 inches high. The large holds its own in front of a full sectional or two facing sofas, while the small suits a pair of lounge chairs or a narrower terrace. The low height keeps sightlines open across a pool deck or a covered loggia, and the depth leaves real room for drinks, a tray and a stack of books without crowding anyone seated around it.

Teak takes South Florida sun, salt air and humidity in stride, and left unsealed it will weather to a soft silver grey. If you prefer to keep its original tone, a teak sealer applied periodically will hold it. Travertine is a natural stone, so wipe the top down after an afternoon storm or a splash from the pool rather than letting water stand on it.

The Orbit Side Table is a low round table with a travertine stone top, offered in a teak finish, with a quiet, sculptural shape that sits easily in a modern outdoor room. Travertine is a natural stone, so no two tops read exactly alike: expect soft variation in tone and veining across the surface. At 30 inches across and 13 inches high, Orbit sits low, closer to the height of a coffee table than a standard end table. That puts it within easy reach of a deep lounge chair or a low sectional, and gives you enough surface for a tray, a few glasses and a book at the same time. Use it as a shared table between two chairs, at the corner of a sectional, or beside a chaise by the pool. It is offered in the one finish, teak with a travertine top, so there is nothing to configure.

South Florida is hard on outdoor furniture, and a stone top wants a little attention. Rinse the travertine with fresh water now and then so salt does not build up on the surface, and dry the top after an afternoon storm rather than letting water stand on it. A covered terrace or a spot under a pergola is the easiest place to keep it looking its best.

The Orbit 2 Seater Sofa is the compact sofa of Pebl's Orbit range: a mocha aluminum frame paired with teak, upholstered in light grey fabric and finished with one pillow. Robin Delaere, Pebl's creative director, describes Orbit as minimalism with a twist: a light, open frame meant to look good from every angle, with seating that changes shape through its Flex System. The frame reads light and open, and the warmth of the teak keeps the darker metal from feeling heavy. It is a clean contemporary look that settles into a modern outdoor room without dominating it.

At 69 inches wide, the two seater suits a covered loggia, a pool deck, or a terrace where you want genuine seating without crowding the space. Its defining feature is the Flex seating system, which Pebl describes as patented. It sets into three positions: regular seating for upright conversation, deep seating for a more relaxed angle, and lounge seating when you want to stretch out. That range makes it a practical choice for a household that entertains one weekend and wants a quiet afternoon the next. A three seater is offered in the same collection if you need more length along a wall or a pool edge.

South Florida weather is the real test, and these materials hold up to it. Aluminum does not rust, so salt air and humidity are not a concern for the frame, and the teak will weather to a soft silver grey if left untreated or keep its warmer tone with periodic oiling. As with any upholstered outdoor piece, move the cushions and pillow under cover ahead of an afternoon storm.
