Description
The Palma 1 Seater Sofa is a single-seat outdoor lounge chair built on a charcoal aluminum frame with olefin rope woven across the backrest. The rope work gives the back a soft, open texture against the clean lines of the frame, and it comes with one pillow. The finish is Dark Charcoal throughout, a quiet color that reads as modern rather than decorative.
At 46 inches wide, it is a generous single seat, wide enough to sit sideways with your legs up and still substantial next to a full sofa or a pair of loungers. It works well flanking a coffee table on a covered terrace, pulled up to a fire feature, or set in pairs facing each other by the pool. Palma is offered in Dark Charcoal only, so the pieces in the collection line up cleanly when you build a seating group.
Aluminum does not rust, which matters within a few miles of the water, and the olefin rope holds its color under strong sun far better than natural fiber. Rinse the frame and rope with fresh water now and then to clear salt and pollen. Bring the pillow in under cover during afternoon storms and through the wet season.
