Sunset Chaise
Description
The Sunset Chaise is a long, low outdoor lounger built on a Mocha aluminum frame. The seat cushion and headrest pillow are upholstered in sunproof fabric, so the whole piece reads soft rather than skeletal. The lines are clean and horizontal, with a warm neutral finish that sits well against stone, wood, or water.
At 78 inches deep, this is a full-length chaise meant for stretching out, not perching. It works alongside a pool, on a wide balcony, or in a shaded corner of a terrace, and the low 13 inch height keeps sightlines open when you place two or more side by side. The headrest pillow does the work a separate cushion usually has to, which makes it comfortable for long afternoons. It is offered in the Mocha finish.
Aluminum does not rust, which matters within a few miles of the ocean, and the frame will not swell or crack the way wood can in Florida humidity. The sunproof fabric on the seat cushion and headrest pillow is made to hold its color under strong, direct sun. After an afternoon storm, rinse the salt and rain off and let the cushions dry fully before stacking them.
