Description
The Tolo Side Table pairs a slim mocha aluminum frame with a beige ceramic top, a combination that reads quiet and modern rather than decorative. The proportions are compact and the lines are clean, so the table holds its own next to a lounge chair without crowding it. A version in FSC teak wood is also offered for rooms that want warmth instead of contrast.
At 18 inches square and 18 inches tall, Tolo sits at a comfortable height beside most outdoor lounge seating and sofas, close enough to set down a drink without reaching for it. Use one at the end of a sectional, a pair flanking a chaise, or several spread across a covered terrace. The choice is between the mocha aluminum frame with the beige ceramic top and the FSC teak version, and the two mix well together if you want both in one setting.
South Florida is hard on outdoor furniture, and the materials here are chosen for it. Aluminum does not rust, so salt air and humidity are not a concern, and the ceramic top holds its color in direct sun and wipes clean after an afternoon storm. Left untreated, the teak version weathers to a soft silver-gray over time.
