Description
The Tolo Outdoor Lounge Chaise is a long, low sunbed built on a mocha aluminum frame and upholstered in Sunproof fabric. It comes with a full seat cushion and a separate headrest pillow, both set inside the clean rectangle of the frame. The look is quiet and architectural rather than resort.
At 78 inches long, the chaise gives a tall adult room to stretch out, and the 33 inch width is generous without eating up a narrow deck. It sits low, just 11 inches high, so a pair of them along a pool edge or a terrace wall keeps sightlines open across the yard. The headrest pillow props you up for reading and lifts away when you want a flat sunbed. Tolo is offered in the mocha colorway.
Aluminum does not rust, which is what you want on a property within reach of salt air, and the frame is unbothered by the humidity that punishes steel and untreated wood. Sunproof fabric is made to hold its color in strong direct sun, so the cushions stand up better to a South Florida summer than ordinary upholstery. After an afternoon storm, stand the cushions on edge and they dry out faster.
