Description
The Hilo Lift Dining Table is a round outdoor table built entirely in aluminum with a mocha finish and a 6mm beige ceramic top. The two tones work together quietly, warm rather than stark, and the ceramic surface reads flat and clean against the softer lines of outdoor seating. It is a simple piece that holds its own without pulling attention away from the rest of the space.
The lift mechanism is what sets it apart. The top raises and lowers, moving from dining height up to counter height, so the same table can serve a seated meal in the evening and then stand taller for drinks beside a sofa or a pair of stools. At 32 inches across it stays compact, which makes it a sensible choice for a balcony, a narrow terrace, or a corner of a larger patio where a full dining table would crowd the room.
South Florida weather is hard on outdoor furniture, and the materials here are chosen for it. Aluminum does not rust, so salt air and humidity are not a worry for the frame, and the ceramic top wipes down after an afternoon storm without the sealing or oiling a wood table would ask for. Rinse it when salt builds up and it will live outside through the season.
